How long is the walk when you take her out? If you take her out and she doesn't go, bring her back up for 10-20 minutes, put in small crate, then take her back out.

I have a question, what is different on the weekends, that you aren't doing during the week? If the dog is on Z/D, why are you feeding cottage cheese??? You shouldn't be feeding anything else.
