these puppies should have stayed with their mothers & litters until they were 12 weeks old. that is what responsible breeders do. no offense, I'm sure they are adorable. it just often causes behavior problems when they are taken away to early. ...

if you call you vet they will probably tell you to bring him in to get boosted. no vaccine is 100% & groundhogs are very high carriers of rabies.
