Thanks Halo....that makes perfect sence to me, though I might better check with local authorities. I'm not worried about invited guests...only ones dangling their limbs after I have warned them several times not to.

Is the kid still tormenting your Great Dane ?
Stakeboarders...teasers.....if my kids ever did anything like that to dogs......They would probably be confined to their room away from dogs for a long time. Deb --- have you talked to the kids parent...

Thanks Deb, I'll do that. I am also thinking about putting an electric wire arround the top, and putting a BEWARE OF ELETRIC FENCE sign out. Maybe that will stop them. I guess in the end, I would be liable anyway. I think your right...their looki...

That is what I was afraid of Miniyar - it's a complexing problem for me due to new neighbors that keep dangling their arms over my fence, even though I have verbally warned them they are in great danger. I guess I'll skip the sign. This is a larger...

I guess this is more of a legal question but maybe somebody knows. If you have a dog that MAY bite, and he is kept in your fenced yard, if you put up a sign that says "beware of dog" does that make you MORE liable? I have been told that putting up ...
