Yeah I'm thinking he may have scratched it or got something in it...like dirt or dust. I just hate seeing the little guy in pain! No I don't have an e-collar...guess I better invest in one....

Just be informed before you get a breed like a Cav. They are prone to certain health issues, like the mitrovalve and the patella issues, but no breed is without their certain health concerns. Thanks, and have fun!

We've had our CKC Spaniel for 2 weeks now, he's 3 months old. He's great! I think you'll love having him in your home and he'll get along great with your other pets. They require a lot of attention though and are big lap dogs. Have fun!
