See if you can get your vet to prescribe some Tamiflu. There has been great success treating Parvo with Tamiflu.

I can usually find my Flatcoat puppys' testicles easily by 6 weeks. We have occasionally had a pup that will retain one testicle--no big deal--we make a note of it when we sell the puppy.

I have imported two dogs from Denmark and one from England. The Danish pups cost about $1000 to ship, including all vet papers and a crate. The English pup was a tad more for shipping. Importing dogs is not cheap!

I will ALWAYS use AI when breeding my boys to females that do not belong to me. Safer, faster, cleaner, and you get to evaluate the semen, which eliminates one of the possibilities for missed pregnancies.

I have Flatcoats, but I'd have to say that if you want a more mellow dog they are not the breed for you. They are still bred to work all day long and as such are quite demanding in terms of both mental and physical exercise. They do make fabulous...
