it is impossible to spread the flu from human to dog. It is specie specific. I would definitely have a xray taken to see if she swallowed something and maybe has an obstruction and do bloodwork.

It can be a cause of multiple things. Parasites, parvovirus, just take the pup to a vet and have it seen. I doubt it is from switching food. Make sure you always mix old food with new food until puppy is adjusted. good luck.

Your dog may have seperation anxiety and it doesn't matter about toys or anything like that. There are medications that can help with this, you should talk to your vet.
