Did you realize the web site is showing a Terrific Pets Webmaster award on their home page? Maybe Admin can do something. Admin should at least get that award removed if they are that bad.

i know neutering is less extensive than spaying, but i don't think she should be in that much pain. is there an emergency pet clinic in the area you could call and ask. my vet lists a local emergency clinic on the voice mail when they aren't open...
