I think I'll have two marbles implanted so I can hear him coming. He's only 4.5 months right now, but I'm thinking down the road. He's an inside dog, but goes outside to use the bathroom.

Maybe this is a stupid question, but does neutering remove the whole package? I'd like to get my dog fixed, but I don't want him to look like a girl afterwards. Is there a lot of pain involved?

Aren't all breeds "designer mutts"? So-called "purebreds" were created by mixing different species together, and inbreeding over the years to "maintain" the new breeds has caused unique health problems in almost all of them.
