guys my pup is ok now his hair has grown back i guess the effect of the soap with borax and cod liver oil did the job his coat is now shiny

my vet told me that he is too young to be administered with mitiban coz its too harsh for him.. can ivermectin injectible help as an deworming agent and anti mange agent??? pls post more tips.. i really need this right now.. thx again
