So very sorry to hear that you pup has Mega-e. Zoe my girl has a hiatal hernia and aspiration is always a worry for us. Please have a look at this site as it has great resources and I found it very helpful

IMO your dogs would benefit on a more natural diet. The very best would be a raw food diet. If this is not palatable to them, I recommend a food that would be as close to a raw diet as possible. It's not the protein in a diet that is hard on a dogs k...
