RIP my beautiful Friend.. I will miss you
Just a few hours ago After many tears and heart wrenching moments I decided it was best for my shadow if I put him to rest. He suffered for four days and it was unbearable to watch. I got a second opinion from another vet who confirmed the severity of his illness. Then with much sorrow I held him in my arms as he drew his last breath of air. It was the hardest and most painful decision I have ever made in my life. My heart truely ached as I felt him leave this world. I know it seems silly, but he was apart of my life for 15 years. There by my side every single day through it all. I will miss him everyday of the rest of my life.
