Berry was born on Dec. 18, 2009. A man in Harp's on Jan. 1, 2010, gave this tiny thing to me, probably knowing she wouldn't make it. I guess it is my calling in life to help these little things on their journey because I tried to rescue a mother cat and buried all of her kittens but one. Berry opened her eyes on Jan 2, and she died that night. In one short day, I loved this little bundle of English Springer Spaniel. Berry, we loved you. May you bark and run and poop in all the finest fields of Heaven.
