Teddy.....my little buddy
Teddy was born 6/14/2004, the first night he had seizures all night after we got him, He was 16 weeks at purchase. He was a beautiful cream brown pomerainan. His parents mom was 10 lbs ....dad 13. The only other pup ( litter of 2) was 15 lbs at 1 yr. Teddy grew to be a whopping 3lbs 11 oz. Year after i got him he began laying on my chest n crying. Month later I had Breast cancer. 2 yrs later he laid at my back n cried. Soread to spine...in a wheelchair 9 mo, through chemo, pain Teddy stayed right by me 24/7. Someone came near with his littke self he let loose a big growl. He had one kidney allergies seizures low blood sugar hips would dislocate problem after problem. We helped each other through the day.............
He passed away at age 8. Vet gave him year two tops, 8 yrs with my baby.........he passed 1/14/2012 actually 6 mo short of 8. He went into a run of seizures. Had a stroke couldnt walk. I held him his eyes wide he looked at me kissed my face and went back into seizure, vet said no hope, pupils blown. Autopsy showed brain tumor.
His ashes are next to his picture,papers, a teddy bear and dried lavender. He was my little buddy, constant companion my friend. I'll never forget him. Tomorrow we pick up a Silky puppy. No dog will ever come close to being teddy, but I have room in my heart to love another puppy. But,
