Made from 80% sisal and 20% jute natural fibers and is woven with 100% sisal string. Natural fiber sisal is an agave that yields a stiff fiber used in making twine and rope. Sisal farming is considered less damaging than many types of farming and jute, a type of plant fiber, is a natural alternative source for making paper products without cutting down trees for pulp. Sisal and jute fibers are naturally biodegradable. No chemicals or toxins are added to this product and our packaging is 100% recyclable.
