To help introduce this litter box to your cat, we recommend adding a few scoops of your cat's old litter to the new litter. For best results, replace filter with a Petco Universal Litter Box Filter (sold seperately) and use with Petco Large Litter Box Liners (sold seperately).To maintain a healthy environment for both you and your pet, all litter along with accessories should be changed on a regular basis.Caution: Not suitable for children. Heavily soiled litter should be changed out daily. Litter tray should be placed away from food preparation areas. Please note that a parasite in cat feces can cause toxoplasmosis in pregnant women, children and persons with suppressed immune systems.
