Directions & Instructions:Start with a clean, empty litter box and add an inch and a half layer of Petco Crystals.Remove dehydrated solid waste on a regular basis to preserve litter box freshness.If you have more than one cat, change out the litter crystals more often rather than just adding more to the litter box.If your cat won't use Petco Crystals at first, try mixing some of your current litter with the crystals to introduce your cat to this new litter.Because of its moisture-absorbing power you should always keep your litter box and Petco Crystals container in a clean, moisture-free location.Clean your litter pan with warm water and mild detergent between litter changes.Note:Properly dispose of used cat litter and keep away from eating areas. Particularly any pregnant women and immunosuppressed persons should remember that cat feces can sometimes transmit a disease called toxoplasmosis.
