First place the free PETCO(R) solid litter box liner in the bottom of the cat litter pan, then place all sifting liners over solid liner. Secure liners with elastic band and add litter. Remove elastic band and lift one sifting litter liner each day to remove waste. Secure elastic band around remaining liners. Add additional litter as needed. After all liners have been used and only the bottom liner remains, lift out the solid liner with all remaining litter and waste and dispose.
