Fast, Easy TrainingSimply install your Dog Waterer and demonstrate it to your dog by moving the lever control and letting water trickle out. Most dogs will immediately lick the dribbling water, nuzzle the lever, and start drinking. If not, wait several hours and demonstrate again. During this waiting period, remove all available water. Leave the Dog Waterer loosely attached so that the water seeps past the threads and slowly drips. This dripping water will attract your pet back to the waterer for "self-training." In rare cases, you may need to smear peanut butter, or other attractant on the lever to entice them to lick it. Tighten securely when training is assured.
