To Attach: Simply insert tie through hole opening at top of container and then through leash handle. Feed end of tie back through opening at opposite end of tie. Tighten until secure. With scissors, cut excess tie. It's that easy!To Replace Cartridge: Just pop off lid, remove used cartridge and place new cartridge inside.
