Before use, make a small opening in the nipple tip with a hot sterilized pin or use a sterilized razor blade to make a small X. The bigger the hole the faster the fluid will flow.After every feeding, clean out the bottle and nipple with the bottle brush, then sterilize the nipple, bottle and brush in boiling water.
