Rinse bowl thoroughly. Do not use soap. Rinse all gravel and decorations before setting them in bowl. Add about 1 inch gravel, sand or other substrate to the bowl. Fill the bowl with tap water to one inch below the rim. Allow this to set until the water has reached room temperature. Add water conditioner to detoxify the tap water and make it safe for your betta. When you are ready to move your Betta to the bowl, use a fish net or cup, scoop the Betta from the container and place it in the bowl. Do not pour water from the original container into the new bowl. Feed Betta once a day. Feed in small amounts. Be careful not to overfeed. If food is falling to the bottom of the bowl then you are feeding too much. Observe your Betta's feeding habits for the first few days until you determine this amount. Water should be changed weekly. Remove your Betta along with some water from the bowl, and place in a separate container. Then empty half of the water from the bowl and rinse decorations with cool tap water if necessary. Do not use soap. Add water and treat it with a water conditioner. Place your Betta back in the bowl.Caution: Not suitable for children. Check water conditions on a regular basis. Inspect product often to ensure that there are no cracks or leaks.
