Shake bottle vigorously to mix bacteria. For average water conditions add 4oz (118 ml) of bacteria per 25 gallons (94 L) of dechlorinated aquarium water (tap water recommended) directly into system. Do not overcrowd tank, do not overfeed. Maintain water temperature between 74-86° F. Maintain a pH of 7.4-8.0. Maintain a total alkalinity of 90 or above.Note: Turn off or unplug UV sterilizers and ozone generators prior to and 4-5 days after each introduction of ATM Colony(TM) Freshwater. Keep at room temperature and do not expose to extreme heat or cold.
