Directions: Rinse thoroughly before use. Use « cup (8 Tablespoons) of Petco Carbon & Zeolite Blend for every 10 gallons of aquarium water. When using an outside power filter, place desired amount in media bag and place in filter before adding filter fiber. When using an internal filter, place the desired amount in the bottom of the filter and cover with filter fiber. Under normal conditions, replace every 4-6 weeks. However, various aquarium conditions may dictate more frequent changes. Petco recommends replacing 50% of the activated Carbon & Zeolite blend monthly to maintain aerobic bacterial culture in your filter.Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Not for human consumption. Wash hands with soap and water after handling. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Get medical attention if irritation develops.
