When water temperature is cool, 42 - 70°F, feed pond fish two to four times a day, in amounts no greater than they can consume within a few minutes. The floating pellets quickly soften, so even small fish can feed with ease. Spring & Autumn pellets can also be used during the summer months to add variety to the diet of pond, and can also be used in the summer when adding new fish to a pond, thereby preventing increased ammonia while the pond's biological filter adjusts to the greater fish load.
