1) Part identification: AC low voltage adapter plug, LED light bar, rubber feet (4). 2) A. Attach 4 rubber feet to LED light bar. Peel and stick in position. B. Place LED light bar over a glass or plastic aquarium cover. 3) A. Attach AC adapter plug into jack on LED light bar. B. Plug into power outlet. Make "drip loop" for safety. C. Slide light switch left to turn on all LEDs, white and blue. Right to turn on only blue LEDs. To the middle to turn off all LEDs.
