Coralife Super Skimmer Air Injection Venturi Protein SkimmerThe Super Skimmer Air Injection unit is a high performance foam fractionator designed with a venturi system. The venturi system draws air into the reaction chamber where it is diffused into bubbles and mixed with water. As the bubbles rise, their surface areas attract and collect fine proteins and organic compounds before they break down in the water and are then deposited into the collection cup. The efficient removal of highly-concentrated waste products results in a better environment for the aquarium.The Super Skimmer Venturi requires 650 - 700 gph water and tubing connections that are not included. Equipped with versatile water level adjustment dial to easily stabilize water flow within the reaction chamber.
