Instructions: Water bottles work on a vacuum lock. When bottle is filled and first inverted, press the control ball and let water trickle out until vacuum develops before placing bottle in holder. Occasional dripping (due to temperature causing expansion of the bottle) is normal.Installation: Fill the bottle to capacity. Install carefully so bottle is 3-6 inches above the habitat floor. Attach bottle securely to habitat using the wire bottle holder.Maintenance: After cleaning and refilling, make sure sealing gasket is in place. Always tighten bottle cap securely. If cap is loose, air entry can cause nonstop dripping until the bottle is empty. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Always fill bottle completely full.Caution: Not suitable for children. Intended for pet use only. Position bottle to where it is reachable for your pet. Follow instructions closely. Inspect and clean bottle regularly.
