Directions: Most ferrets will eagerly take a Super Chew Ferret Toy and play with it for hours. Younger ferrets especially crave the taste and texture of a Super Chew toy. Store Super Chew toys in a sealed bag or container and keep in your refrigerator or a cool dry place. A small percentage of ferrets will appear to have little interest in the Super Chew, but don't give up. Older ferrets tend to avoid new flavors. If your ferret is not immediately interested try these tips: Coat part of the Super Chew toy with a favorite treat like Furo-Vite or Furo-Tone or try dipping the toy in warm water for two to three seconds. Hold the toy while your pet licks off excess. You pet will quickly get used to its new chew toy. Try dangling the toy from a string so they can grab and play with it. Tie the toy so it is hanging off of the ground. Watch your ferret attack and interact with its new Super Chew toy. Keep near food dish so the ferret gets accustomed to the smell. Tips to Avoid: Encourage ferrets not to put in water dish or litter box. Keep Super Chew toys out of direct sunlight and heat as they could melt and stick to other objects.
