The below is from a Scammer! Some of the emails may not look like scams, but they all lead to the same thing. The scammer will pay by check (cashier's check/money order) for more then the pet is worth, then they will ask you to send them back the difference in money. A couple weeks later you find out the check was fake and the bank will take it out of your account. This scam can be set up several ways.

Some key points for pointing out a scammer:
1. Doesn't care much about the pet, just the transaction.
2. Says they will use their own shipper.
3. 95% of the scammers are from overseas (Nigeria, Israel, South Africa)
4. Pays you more then the pet is worth, then asks for the difference in money back.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your mail i appreciate it so
much but first,i have to start by saying my pup need a
loving home where she will get all the love and
happiness her needs.I would'nt want to give him to
some person or family who will not show her love.
my pup is a nice little cutie she give me so much joy
any time i stear  at her.I had no intension of putting
her up for adoption just that i will be here in west
africa for a long while and she cannot stay alone
thats the reason why i am putting him  up for
adoption.
my pup has got great futures,
Her adoption fee is $500, this in cludes shipping i am
not really aftter the adoption fee, all am after is
for my pup to end up in a loving home or family
where she will get all the love he desire.
my pup is used to kids, she is also used to other
dogs.She will be shipped to your detination through
continental aircargo this way it will be easy for you
to track and know when and what time he will get to
you and also it takes 15hours for the shippment to get
to your home so i will be needing your home address
for the shippment.
Also i would want you to send me mail's and pictures
of my pup from time to time so that i can be able to
know how she is doing. I hope i am not asking for
to much but if you agree to this, then
i will be given him up for adoption to you ok.
