The below is from a Scammer! Some of the emails may not look like scams, but they all lead to the same thing. The scammer will pay by check (cashier's check/money order) for more then the pet is worth, then they will ask you to send them back the difference in money. A couple weeks later you find out the check was fake and the bank will take it out of your account. This scam can be set up several ways.

Some key points for pointing out a scammer:
1. Doesn't care much about the pet, just the transaction.
2. Says they will use their own shipper.
3. 95% of the scammers are from overseas (Nigeria, Israel, South Africa)
4. Pays you more then the pet is worth, then asks for the difference in money back.

Great Dane

I am the proud mommy of a merle male pup and am looking for another baby to add to the family. I absolutely fell in love with the breed and want another pup for my Gunther to grow up with! I'm looking for one of the colorings that is not showable. I'm not in this for show, just for a giant baby to love and spoil so I'd like to give a loving home to a pup whose destiny doesn't involve a show ring. I'm open to either male or female pups and live in the southwestern PA area. I'm willing to drive a significant distance and would rather pick up a puppy than fly it to me. Please let me know if you have a litter or are expecting a litter any time this year.

I had a terrible experience with my current pup's breeder. The family was not in it for the love of the breed. Gunther was very ill when we brought him home, but is doing very well, hundreds of dollars and dozens of vet visits later, so I want to work with a breeder than will tolerate my incessant questions and minor paranoia. I thought I asked all the right questions last time, so this time i'm going to make sure I'm doing it right.
