Oh yes, that's right, Sarah did! Sarah got a new doggie! And as many of you know I've just been dying to get another. Well, I got him from this lady my mom works with. And she got him from a lady who bought him at the pound and decided she didn't want him. Haha, this poor guys has just be passed around! He was placed at the pound by his old family. No one knows why. He's so sweet, and just perfect!! He doesn't bark at all (not that we've heard), he likes to sleep on the couch like my other dog Biscuit, he likes other dogs, likes cats, and is so gentle and sweet towards everyone. The lady who had him gave us all his treats and food and his bed and toys. Didn't pay a penny for him. I'm so happy!! Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention his looks... he's a Cairn Terrier, and looks just like Toto but tan, and he's like 3 years old. We're thinking of naming him Scruffy. I'm going to try and get him on dogster soon for you all to see!! :)

Congrats! I love Cairn terriers and I can't wait to see pics of Scruffy, or whatever you name him. Oh, sooo jealous!

I meant to send my congratulations earlier but got called away from the computer! Anyway I am so happy for you! I have always wanted a Cairn or something simular, such adorable dogs!I am sure you will have a blast w/ Scruffy(?), please hurry w/ the pictures I am dying to see this fellow!

Thanks you guys. he's just a great little guy. The only thing is he's been biting my other dog Biscuit, and Biscuit doesn't like it one bit. Scruffy will just playfully bite her leg, and Biscuit will snap at her. We're trying to get Scruffy off this habit but so far it hasn't worked. He also chases our cats.... not meanly, but playfully. Hopefully the cats will get used to him.

Congrats! Hopefully Biscuit's snapping at him will be enough to teach him that leg biting is not acceptable play to Biscuit! I hope the problem can resolve itself in this way. Since Biscuit is not going after him and attacking him, just correcting his rude behavior "Hey man, get the you know what off ME!!!," I'd feel pretty optimistic.

congrats. I had a Cairn Terrier at one time that someone abandoned and she was the best. Give him plenty of love.

Cangrats Sarah! No one can have too many dogs. Scruffy im sure will have a great time with you and buiscit. Scruffy suites her well....i like the name Cocoa thought, lol

That's funny because I liked Cocoa too. But since he's tan it didn't really fit. Then we were thinking of Triscuit, but Biscuit and Triscuit just gets confusing! I also liked Otto but my family didn't. I think Scruffy just fits.
