I have my puppies posted for sale and all of a sudden I get like 20 different emails from people who can't even spell saying they will pay with a cashiers check and the amount will be over and I need to pay the shipper the other money. Do they think we are stupid? has anyone ever been taken by a scam?
I got one once for a item I was selling on ebay. My hubby and I laughed so hard. Someone wrote up the letter and must've handed it out for a group of them to use. Well they were supposed to take out the parts in ( ). It would say I am interested in (put advertisment). They were supposed to take that out and put what I was selling in there! It was to funny. Then they say to give them your address and they will send a cashiers check or money order right away.
I guess they do think we are really dumb. I told one person off once and the next week it was the same person with a girlfriend that needed money for Dr bills. It is just so sick.
I am just shocked that people are like that. I could never take someones money and screw them over like that. Who are these people anyway that they can't even spell? It's crazy I think and if they do get a dog from somewhere what do they do? just sell it or something? you can tell I'm giving this too much credit but I'm just amazed here.
The thing is they won't get your dog because the "shipper" would never show and you would have already deposited the cashier check and sent the money to them before you found out that the cashier check was fake - leaving you overdrawn and without. Unfortunately, there are some people that only see the easy money and fall for this. Check the above website out - have them send you their fake check and it will at least cost them the money to send it to you.
