Ive joined this site as I found out some useful tips on trying to get a refund from Dean Rankin. I felt I was misled and conned and contacted the bank which takes the payments for the downloads. So for anyone else who feels the same...here's the message and advise I received from them. And yes...Ive received my refund.

TO GET A REFUND, simply forward the receipt you received immediately after ordering to: refunds@clickbank.com.

If you're having trouble finding the receipt, simply go to: http://www.clickbank.com/cs and fill out the ClickBank Customer Service Request form provided. For question #7, select " I would like to request a refund for this product" from the drop down menu. After the form is completed, click on the "Submit Request" button at the bottom.

ClickBank will email you a refund confirmation within 1-2 business days.
