Sorry folks, but the verdict is now in. Snopes has declared this story a hoax. This is apparantly the 2nd time it has surfaced.

Yep, its a hoax. Ha. You know the Japanese take very good care of their dogs too. I think they are much smarter than that.
Whoever said you can't buy happiness, must have never owned a dog!!!!!!!!!!!
