It sounds like submissive urination. Sometimes a very submissive (or even fearful) dog will urinate or "dribble" when approached or handled by someone. If this happens, for example, when you first greet her/him upon returning home, sometimes the easiest solution is to pay little to no attention to them when you first get home until everyone is calmed down and settled back into the normal routine. As always, if this is a new behavior for your dog, you should have your pet checked out by your vet to rule out any urinary tract infection or other type of problem. As a side note, I have had a few Yorkies (I have one now) and they are very sensitive to being shouted at or scolded. If this has happened recently, the over submissive display could be the result.
