my puppy pees in crate when we say outside.
I have a 13 week old boston puppy. He has benn doing a good job of going outside and has had very few accidents. Suddenly when my husband tried to take him out (saying outside)he walked straight into his crate and peed! What so we do?

shut the crate door, before saying outside.
