I'm glad I'm here to talk about a long lost best friend and the love of my life. It's been 10 yrs now since I lost my one and only best canine friend.
He was a very very smart, energetic, hilarious, and affectionate Arctic Wolf/Doberman Pischer. He loved the water a lot, most likely too much when he would swim and swim and swallow the water. When he would come out to do number one his stomach would whoosh with water in every step he would take, that was funny. He would plow through the bushes and yelp all the time and come out with a sprained ankle and/or thorns sticking out all over his face. Yes that was funny too! He loved the ball, the old vanella scented indian ball. He'd play with that thing and bug me to throw in every chance he got. He was fall of total entertainment.
The other side of Dobie was the over protective side that would have everybody pee themselves if they were physicaly and/or verbally aggressive towards me. When they saw his 8 oversized fangs and hear his chest expand for lung expansion. Yes, that's all it would take to make them wet themselves. But, you know what? Even though he was very over pertective he was never aggressive to anyone other than those he felt were a threat to me. He would just ignore. Always well behaved. He was perfect! He even took the 2 chickens and 4 cats under his wing as if they were his cubs.
When I living in this mobile home with the 2 chickens and 4 cats, if saw a chicken hawk flying over head the ckickens would huddle around him as he barked at the hawk, and another one is; he sleep in the dog house with the ckicken where they would lay their eggs and wake up with dried egg yoke on him. The chickens wouldn't come in so he stayed outside with them to pertect them from racoons and coyoties. I had a separate coupe from him before but, he jumped over the 5 ft fence (he never did it before and never did it afterwards) and killed a racoon that was after the chickens.
He was and still is and always will remain the true value of a family dog. He was then and still is today my angel boy.
I have a little kitten that's 5 mnts old and he's a Flame Point Balinese/Manx. Oh, what a hotty he is and he knows it too. He does back flips when he's not flipping his toys, he'll tap you with his
