So this isn't a question but i decided to share with everyone anyways. I have a lab about 7 months old who is as big as a full grown great dane (although both parents are full lab and smaller than him), and vets say hes not done growing. Well as you can probably tell he's huge and can get to ANYTHING he pretty much can sit on his haunches at the dinner table and rest his head on it. Well he decided to go on an eating spree one day while i was getting ready for work. Long story short he ate 3 of my watches, a engagement ring, 2 necklaces and a clip (so pretty much everything was shiny except the clip) and let it be know this was on a tall dresser, the ones with the mirrors on them. I didn't even hear him crunch them or choke on them. So as soon as i saw all of my stuff was missing i immediately knew he was the suspect in this seeing how my other dog lays around all day and does nothing. So sure enough i took him to the vet, had him x-rayed and all of it was there. Poor puppy, i felt horrible. But he is doing better now, haha tonz of pills and lots of rest for him. Now i think he knows better than to eat things other than he dog food! Haha worst part was having to clean all the stuff, and trying to sanitize all of it again. :) just thought to tell you all a story.
Wow sounds like he was hungry. That's just the thing to tell a fiance or husband, my dog ate my engagement ring lol. Good thing he didn't choke to death. My Maltese will eat anything too, in fact he's just as bad. Cute story though, made me laugh.
Ask a question and you're a fool for three minutes; do not ask a question and you're a fool for the rest of your life.
