Has anyone experiend little bumbs/cysts/pimples on the inside of your Boston Terrier ears? They don't seem to bother her or itch her at all. I did a full blood work up, she is in perfect health and she went on Rx in case it was a bacterial infection but it didn't work. Now the vet wants to do a scope biopsy and I'm not sure if this is necessary. Please let me know if you have experienced this.
I have not personally experienced this in one of my dogs, and have been breeding them for quite a number of years. I would ask the vet to do a skin scrape, and I would personally wonder about allergies, myself. What are you feeding your baby, and when did this crop up. Also, how old is she? What did the vet rule out?
As a Boston breeder, I have not personally had experience with this however, another breeder friend of mine has. Her Boston, Rosie, had the same thing, almost like a pimple on her ear. The vet did provide an antibiotic in case it was an infection but it never went away. Rosie is now 14 years old and still going strong! Best of luck and please let me know if you find out anything about this as it does strike me as quite strange but doesn't seem to be bothersome.
