I would like to breed an animal. Cats and dogs are a little to 'heavy' for me, right now. I want to start out with something small, so I can get used to the process. Yet I have not a clue on what animal to breed. Snakes, geckos, lizards, moniters, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, or any animal. Can anyone give me an idea on the easiest animal species to breed? Thanks, Stephanie P.S. (Of course I have done much research on breeding and will discuss it with a vet. I would never do this kind of thing without knowing how.) Thanks again for the responses.
I think it just depends on what animal you want to take on. I have bred everything from My horse, to fish, and now I breed and show dogs. I have done mice, and small animals. Seahorses, beta's, and live bearing fish. All of it takes work, and finding the homes. It is fun to have the babies and watch them grow. Pick your favorite small animal and roll with it. It is a great start, and unlike dogs and cats, doesn't require as much effort lol
