Katie--I know exactly what that is, It is called a Pumi. It is a hungarian herding dog. Really neat breed, I looked into them several years ago. I did find they can have somewhat of a terrier personality. I know a really, really good breeder in Washington state. You can PM me if you are interested. They tend to be a bit expensive, around $800 plus. There are not very many breeders of this breed in the US. They do require regular grooming, and many groomers do not know how to groom them. They are not to be blown out like a poodle, but left curly.
Feel free to PM me if you need or want any more info.
Hi Katie, the pumi is not a really tender dog. Good hardy dog, just needs the grooming. The next pic you put up looks like a belgin shepherd, but unsure do to the feet being a different color. It could be a mix breed. They are going to shed a lot and Like my house, dog hair is considered a food group lol. The pumi on the other hand doesn't shed, great for allergy suffers. Let me know all the things you are looking for in a dog, and I will give you some ideas. You can then go look at those pics.
I believe the coloring could be a Jack Russell or Beagle mix. However, looking at his paws he may be a good medium sized dog. His fur is also a little long. Being the case, I would suggest some type of Border Collie mix. Very energetic and extremely intelligent dogs.
