Help! My husband hates living with the dog in the house

Can a TT sleep in a separate room

Hi. My husband hates living with the dog in the house. We are trying to work out the situation. One point is that he doesn't want the dog sleeping in the bedroom. He has slept in the bedroom his whole life. How can I transition him to sleeping in a separate room?

personally I would find a new husband. My (at the time boyfreind), wasn't that into dogs, but he came around in time. He married you, and your lifestyle. Not a good time to want change now in my opinion. He should have thought of that before he said I do.

To anwser the question, most dogs can do change without to much of an issue. I would put a blanket with your smell on it, in whatever room you want the dog to sleep in, and then lock the dog in. He may whine for a little while, and it may take a couple days to get used to the change, but he will.

Get a larger bed. We have two TTs and at least one cat sleeping with us.
