Hello, I recently adopted a 2yr lhasa apso. His name is Chewy. For the past two weeks things had been going great. My fiance and I are doing our best to establish ourselves as pack leaders. He is exercised regularly and fed on a schedule. A couple of days ago I bought him a rawhide bone. I got semi close to him and he was growling and try to bit me. I took him for a walk and he didnt go back to that behavior. Yesterday at my in laws house we let Chewy on the couch (something he s not allowed at out house). When we trued to move him to go down he growled hard and almost attacked us. I got him off the couch by calling him pretending we were going out. Shortly after, i sat back on the couch and Chewy wanted to go back on it too. We tried to stop him and he growled and pretty much forced his way on to the couch. We were very scared and confused. He has been so sweet and calm otherwise. Yes, he always tries to lead when we walk and i control him but the last episode really scared us. We dont want him to go out of control. HELP.
Me and a friend played a video of cats meowing they both came out of curiosity then the cat that never does anything wanted to leave. the one that is playful was curious chekcing everything thing in sight. then we put both of themin the room and played it and the playful one again was curious while the lazy one just sat by the door. the curious cat started to runinto the lazy cat then later she put her head under his stomach and he turned and bit her we had to breakthe cats up. they were fighting seriously. Any ideas to why this would happen to two cats that have lived together for so long and never fought? it wasnt playful could maybe the sound of other cats provoked this??? http://www.zimbio.com/Anti-Aging+Skin+Care/articles/93hOj9F7KAE/Freeze+24+7+Wrinkle+Cream+Better+LifeCell
