I have a new puppy, she is now over six month old. She has her flea treatment. I noticed she still scratching around her ears and under her shoulder. I talked to my vet and has been advised there is no flea/mite etc. I am worried that she will get skin allergy. Does anybody has similar problem and how to get rid of her itchiness?

You are dealing either with a food allergy or dry skin (if your sure there are no fleas)
The vet can do a skin scraping to find out exactly what the dog is allergic to if anything. A couple things to try: change her food over slowly to a grain free food (No corn, NO wheat and NO soy) You can go to a petstore or feed staore and read labels to find this. Most will state this right on the front of the bag or say Allergy diet on it.
You will also want to make sure she is getting the appropriate oils so her skin does not get dry or become more dry. Any fatty acid addition will help this (fish oil, salmon oil, or any of the skin supplements sold at the same store as the food that states Omega Fatty Acid, etc) Normally I would also say you can add a small amount of vegetable oil or corn oil to the food each day, but since it is quite possible she has a corn allergy, that is not a good choice.
What food is she currently on? Did the vet offer any other suggestions? To give her relief until you can fix the issue or get her on another food, supplement etc, you can give her Benedryl to help with the itching. Your vet can give you the dosage over the phone.
