It's not until this weekend. But we went shopping today and my son picked out an outfit to wear to the dance. It's not what I would have chose of course but I let him choose...Ughhhh it was hard keeping my mouth shut!
"Don't kiss him in front of others" ----------------------------------------- Oh I learned that lesson long ago. No hugs and no kisses and few words are appreciated when around friends. The funny thing is I still refer to myself as mommy and that drives my two oldest boys nuts! The baby still calls me mommy though and it's like music to my ears.
Record it now, because soon enough it too will stop. Last year when my oldest was in the 4th grade was it for me. Just drop me off mom and don't get out of the car! My little one will still give hugs and kisses in the morning when dropped off at school. But I remember the rules as it was not really that long ago. GinaH you have all boys too right? Are you scared as i am? I keep thinking of the old age home my kids are sending me to.
Allie We went to Dilliards he chose a pair of "Lucky" camo green pants and a tan and camo green striped Polo. And he got a new pair of shoes and for some reason he had to have a new ball cap that matched....although they are not allowed to wear hats in the school building. He is into skateboarding so he tends to dress a little different.
Oh, boy. I feel that my mom is blessed because shows are at the end of the week, most on weekends, and they are only once in a while. I am glad showing is MY sport. ---Allie the Chihuahua http://www.dogster.com/?41063 ---Mönica the Kitty http://www.catster.com/?57596
