Here is the thing I called about a pup and these people said thay had 2 litters and that they had both mothers and the guy accross the street had one father and they had one father. When I went to look at them the first thing that went wrong was they dont have the papers back yet. Then the man said they are ready to go and I asked well how old are they and he said 4 weeks but they are still ready. The lady then tells me one pup died last week from dehydration.then I asked to look at the parents papers and the dad from the litter i wanted a pup is white and tan and the papers said he was black which the other dad is black so i think they registered both litters to the same dad becausr the guy accross the street dont have papers(dont know for sure just what I am thinking)So in the end I called a friend of mine to ask about the people because he knows everyone it seems and he said he went there and that 3 days later his dog got sick and he thinks the pup died from parvo. So here is what I am asking should I mention the paper thing and the selling at 4 weeks old to the adba? And I also threw away a brand new pair of shoes after I herd the parvo thing is there anything else I should do to ensure if they do have parvo I dont give it to my dogs?
ok so do I just tell adba the name and address and do you think they will do anything because I hate it most when you do a good thing and then the people in authority just sit back and do nothin. and should I be worried about the parvo thing?
yes I asked and they said our pups are adba registered then when I got there they said oh we just sent them in yesterday but we put a 5 day rush on them I told them I will take the pup when they get the papers in. Then she told me the one died and then her husband told me they were only 4 weeks old but more than ready to go so I changed my mind.o yeah they also pulled this the pups are $250 when I said I like that one they said o well we were gonna keep her so she is $350.
report, report, report. as far as the parvo thing goes, if you walked in the house with the shoes on, touched your pets without washing your hands first, etc. there isn't much you can do about it now. if your dogs are older and vaccinated against parvo they shoudl be okay.
well I should be safe because on the way home Italked to my friend the one who told me he thought it was parvo and his dog got sick so i threw the shoes out and went home in my socks and imeadiatly took a shower.lol my boyfriend didnt know what to say when I came home with no shoes on.
