Missing my Greta
My Greta has been gone for seven months now, since 7/20/2006, and I still ache sometimes for missing her. She was a Siberian Husky who came to live with us when she was just 8 weeks old. She was 9 when she died very suddenly in the middle of the night. I just want to see her face and hug her one more time. She got me through some bad times, and was at times the only one I had.
To fill our hearts again we saved a stray puppy from the shelter, and he is absolutely wonderful. But it doesn't replace the one you've lost.
Give your doggie a hug! You just never know when it's going to be the last one.
