my little man gizmo 8-17-04 / 3-1-07
gizmo was my shih tzu and was the light of my life. He was so very smart, always happy, and so very loving to my daughter and I . He would meet me at the door each day with his ball in his mouth and his tounge hanging out of the side. He was "my son". On Saturday he began vomiting and when I took him to the hosital, he was almost lifeless. Polycystic kidney disease, he was in complete kidney failure. He passed last nite. Today I found out from the vet that this is an inherited trait passed down and usually strikes before they are 5 years old. He would have been 4 this year. I know that my little man is not suffering anymore, and today as i was driving on the interstate i looked up at the clouds and directly in view was a formation of clouds that looked exactly like his face. How I wish I could have had a camera, but I didnt. Within a minute they had briskly changed pattern. This eased my heart somewhat because I know he is in heaven, wearing his little wings and having a good time because my baby is no longer in pain God bless you son, I love you and will miss you forever. I am forever grateful that I found you and had the honor of raising you......... "Giz Giz"
My daughter got holloween costumes for Giz, and Clohe our female cat. Gizmo was supposed to be the pimp and chloe the princess. Gizmo was not content until he put on the princess outfit. So this is my boy dressed in a princess outfit...trick or treat
