In Loving Memory of Our Pug Emily

It seems like only yesterday that we brought home a wiggly little Pug puppy. She was so small and so precious in every way. Emily grew into a large, but very loving Pug. She loved and cared for all creatures. She never met someone she didn't like. Emily was always happy. There was not one time that she ever let life get her down. Emily became like a mother to our other Pug, Winston, a sister to me, a daughter to my mother and father, and a best friend of all. On the day of her death we took her in to have her anal glands flushed. It was suppose to be routine. Sadly, poor Emily went into cardiac arrest from the anethesia and never made it out. She was just 22 days shy of her 5th birthday. It was such a routine procedure I didn't even hug or kiss her goodbye. I wish I would have. I wish I could have held her in my arms and told her how much she meant to me. I wish I would have spent more time with her, instead or doting over Winston so much. I wish I had just one day left with her to say goodbye. We all loved Emily so much and she will be greatly missed. I can't even begin to express the grief I'm feeling right now. My heart will never be the same without our Miss Em. We love her with all our hearts and we will miss her so much. In her name, we've made a donation to DFW Pug Rescue.

YOU'LL ALWAYS BE LOVED AND GREATLY MISSED, OUR LITTLE CHUB-A-PUG!
