I will forever remember this date, because today you were peacefully taken away. I am comforted by the fact that no one put you down, no one cut you open. You just went to sleep, and didn't awake.
I don't want to remember this date because of the sadness, but rather all the life you've shared with me. You are the most important memory I will ever have. But know that you are wholeheartedly missed, and your angel face will never be forgotten.
Thank you, Eire. Thank you for finding me, and allowing me to share the decade of my life that was the fullest. I know you will always be around. And this time, I will find you.
